By booking you are agreeing to the terms and conditions shown on this page.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

  • We accept payment via the following methods: Stripe online payments
  • Only 4 people are allowed at any one time in the field.
  • Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been made.
  • When you make a payment via our booking system, you are asked to agree to these terms and conditions – you will not be able to proceed with your booking unless these terms and conditions have been accepted by ticking the box
  • If you are making a booking on behalf of someone else and will not be attending the session yourself, you must ensure that all parties have read and agreed to the terms and conditions. You are responsible for anybody who accompanies you or attends the session in your place and this extends to all the liabilities

·        A minimum of 1 hours notice is required for booking.

·        Payment is made at time of booking using our Booking System via our website.

·        Confirmation will be sent via the email address you used to register.

·        Appointment times include accessing and exiting the field, ensure you do not go in to the field until your start time and you must be in your car ready to leave at the end of your appointment time

 

CANCELLATION
24 hours notice is required for cancellations to be eligible for re-scheduling to another time. Please use the links at the bottom of your booking confirmation email to cancel or reschedule. If a refund is required, please contact us directly which is actioned upon request.

FIELD ACCESS

After booking, the Padlock Code required for field entry will be provided via the email address you registered with. It will be on the Booking Confirmation email sent to you at time of payment. . It will be on the Booking Confirmation email sent to you at time of payment as well as the email sent 24 hours before attendance. 

 

USING THE FIELD

Vale View Dog Field  & Car Parks used at the dog owners/handlers own risk. We accept no liability for the death or injury, loss or damages and other claims incurred by you or anyone with you, or property, including your dogs during the use of the fields or car park.

We recommend that you have public liability insurance - often this is included in your home/pet insurance.

Whilst the field is secure, we cannot guarantee complete security for every dog. Vale View Dog field cannot be held responsible should your dog escape.

 

All dogs using the field must be fully up-to-date with all inoculations or be titre tested and worming, and not be showing any signs of ill health.

All areas are Non-Smoking and Non-Vaping - anyone found to have smoked will not be allowed to use the facility again.

Dog waste must be removed by the user and can be deposited in the provided dog waste bins only, no other rubbish, this must be bagged up and taken away. Please ensure your dog does not foul the car park area either. Most dogs defecate as soon as they get in the field, please ensure you are not distracted in any way (mobile phone etc) to ensure you clean up after your dog at all times. We know sometimes if you have more than one dog, poos can be missed, so if you see one you think isn't yours, we would appreciate you picking that one up. That way it keeps it clean for all, we appreciate your co-operation

Anyone caught not adhering to this policy will not be able to use the facility again. The dog poo bins are monitored by camera and anyone caught not using them will not be allowed to use the facility again

 

Please respect others. Ensure you have vacated and secured the field by the end time of your appointment. All gates must be kept closed and padlocked at all times. Your appointment time includes you getting your dog out of any vehicle and making sure they are back inside at the end time of your appointment.

 

We have neighbours, so please do respect their privacy at all times, please do not stand and stare in to their gardens.

 

The field may be muddy at times. Users should bring appropriate footwear. Users must stop their dog from digging in the field. Any holes must be filled in by the user prior to leaving the facility. Failure to rectify any damage caused may result in a charge. Please notify Vale View if you find there are holes or other damage in the field.

 

Users must respect the area and contents. Children must not be allowed to climb on fences, gates or other platforms. Users to keep dogs and children in sight at all times whilst using this facility. There is a picnic table there for your use, please do not move this without permission.

 

DOG BEHAVIOUR

 

Whilst Vale View Dog field is a safe and private space for you to exercise and play with your dog, we ask that you make the following considerations during your visit. If you fail to adhere to these requests, we reserve the right to ask you to leave and may lead to refusal of bookings in the future

  • Please ensure you pick up your dog waste and general waste and deposit it in the bins on site or take it with you.
  • Please keep shouting to a minimum
  • Please ensure that there is no persistent barking from your dog/s during your session
  • Please do not drop any food, litter or treats in the field
  • Please do not permit digging in the field
  • Please ensure all toys are taken with you and none are left in the field – this includes any scraps of chewed toys or balls: this is for the safety of all users and avoidance of choke hazards

PARKING
DO NOT park on the lane outside of the car park, that is not Vale Views property and you will be blocking our neighbour’s access. Park responsibly to allow other users in and out. The access is used by other residents, so please be careful when approaching the entrance for any other vehicles on the lane. Please do not enter the field before any users before you have vacated. Some dogs are very reactive even at the sight of other dogs, so please ensure dogs are on a lead once you have left the field and must be on a lead at all times in the car parks.

The Car parks provided must be used and all gates kept closed at all times. Enter the 1st car park at your allocated time and wait there if the 2nd car park area is occupied. Once the previous user has vacated, you can then proceed through the second gate and park there whilst using the field. If you happen to arrive slightly early, you can use the 1st car park, but you must stay inside your car until the other user has left. DO NOT arrive earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment time, if you do, please park and wait elsewhere. This is to give privacy to previous users during their time in the field, also to help reactive dogs. DO NOT get out of your car whilst waiting in the 1st car park, you must wait until the previous customer has vacated to let your dog out in the 2nd cart park

We reserve the right to close the field at any time, for which a full refund will be given. Cancellation will be notified to the field user

We reserve the right to refuse future bookings when we are aware that users have not adhered to the above terms and conditions.

Data privacy

We securely store your name, mobile number and email address so that we can communicate with you about your booking. Your payment information is held securely by our 3rd party payment partners, Stripe

This information is not used for any other purpose or shared with any other parties.

Terms & Conditions of SimplyBook.me system


These terms and conditions are effective from 06. August 2020 (updated since 21. January 2020)


For your convenience we provide you with translations of the English language version of these Terms&Conditions and Privacy Policy (collectively “SimplyBook.me Ltd. Terms”). In the event of any inconsistency between a non-English version of these SimplyBook.me Ltd. Terms and the English version, the English version shall be controlling in all respects and shall prevail.


Definitions

SimplyBook.me services or SimplyBook.me system — is a system provided by SimplyBook.me ltd that allows system users to get various business functionalities that help them to run their business. The SimplyBook.me system can run in Network of sites under various domain names, such as: SimplyBook.me, SimplyBook.it, SimplyBook.asia, 365bookings.cn, Booking.page, Timapantanir.is, BookingTroll.com, BookingTroll.eu and other names that offer the same services.


Service provider or user — Company or person that provides services, rents tools, equipment, space etc. and uses the SimplyBook.me system to accept and treat bookings online, send promotions, sell products and do other related things that helps them run their service business.


Clients or service buyer's — Clients can be any type of person that books an appointment or buys a product online with a service provider that has a user account with the SimplyBook.me system. This can for example be a patient, student, or client.


SimplyBook.me is the processor of data for the clients of the SimplyBook.me system. The user of the system, often same as service provider, is the controller of your data (the client data). You can ask the controller of your data for all personal information that he may hold on you, he can delete it and rectify by your requests.


Acceptable use policy

If you use the SimplyBook.me system or related sites, you agree to that you will not:

  • — violate any laws, third party rights or our policies;
  • — use our sites and tools if you are not able to form legally binding contracts, are under the age of 18;
  • — fail to deliver services ordered from you, unless the buyer gets a refund or can get similar or same service at a different time and date agreed by both parties;
  • — interfere with other users' listings;
  • — post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, libelous content (including personal information) or use the service and site for link building purposes;
  • — take any action that may undermine feedback and/or ratings systems;
  • — distribute or post spam, unsolicited, or bulk electronic communications, chain letters, or pyramid schemes;
  • — distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm any visitors of the site;
  • — harvest or otherwise collect information about users, including email addresses, credit cards without their consent.


Client purchase protection

SimplyBook.me does not offer any purchase guarantees concerning client's payments for appointment bookings or service purchases or other product purchases from service providers. SimplyBook.me offers service providers a way to sell their services, and buyers, clients, patients a method to book these services. Service providers can use our tools to offer their clients to pay for services online. Buyers and service providers share the responsibility for making sure purchases and service orders facilitated by SimplyBook.me are in good spirit, rewarding and hassle-free.


We encourage buyers to work with sellers before opening a complaint with SimplyBook.me. We take no responsibility for wrongful service orders, services provided by service providers or services not provided by service providers even if they are purchased and paid for.


It is strongly recommended that buyers inform themselves about the service provider before booking with them and before paying online and for the service providers to make sure buyers are for real.
